The stirring tooth granulator is designed and manufactured with a new wet continuous granulation process. This machine can granulate various organic materials, especially crude fiber materials that are difficult to granulate with conventional equipment, such as crop straw, wine residue, fungus residue, medicinal residue, animal manure, etc. It also achieves good granulation effects for raw materials like humic acid and municipal sludge.
The wet stirring tooth granulator uses high-speed rotating mechanical force and the resulting aerodynamic force to continuously mix, granulate, round and densify fine powder materials in the machine, so as to achieve ideal granulation effect.

Composition and advantages of the stirring tooth granulator:
The stirring tooth granulator consists of a body part, a granulating rotor part and a transmission part.
The stirring tooth granulator features a novel and reasonable structure, with reduced weight and lower height.
The inclination can be adjusted flexibly and conveniently by using angle gaskets.
It adopts a unique unpowered combined scraper to reduce auxiliary power consumption.
The large plate is composed of a plate body and plate segments, helping to reduce the main motor power. The plate segments can be adjusted up and down along the plate body. The end of each plate segment is equipped with a side flange, which ensures that the material pellets will not be scratched or damaged during discharge.
With a brand-new anti-caking design, it uses unpowered combined scrapers to clean the edge and bottom, and corner scrapers to clean dead corners. Combined with the unique plate processing technology, it delivers excellent granulation effect without forming large mud lumps. About 90% of the finished pellets are 3–5 mm in diameter.
Working principle of the stirring tooth granulator:
Materials enter the machine from the feed port at one end of the body, and are continuously pushed and agitated by the granulating rotor to complete granulation. The finished granules are discharged from the other end of the body. The rotor is driven by the motor and reducer in the transmission part, and the transmission part and the body are mostly fixed on the same frame.
