A Single Hopper Packer is an automated device specifically designed for quantitative filling, sealing, and related packaging operations of liquid, paste, or granular materials into individual buckets. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, coatings, and lubricants. It can adapt to different specifications of buckets (e.g., plastic buckets, iron buckets), control the filling volume through a precise metering system, and is equipped with sealing devices (e.g., screw capping, press capping) to complete the packaging process.
This equipment usually integrates functions such as material conveying, metering and filling, bucket mouth cleaning, sealing, and weighing detection.
