The working principle of inclined vibrating screen:

The inclined vibrating screen is an efficient solid-liquid separation equipment that operates continuously with inclined screening and gravity filtration. It is suitable for separating solid particles ≥ 0.5–1.0 mm from materials with high solid content, producing dewatered solids with low moisture content. It is especially ideal for wastewater treatment in artificial board factories, aquaculture, and livestock farms, including raw manure from cattle, pigs, chickens and other animals, as well as slaughterhouse sewage and biogas slurry separation. The separated solids have low moisture content, are easy to transport, and can be directly used as organic fertilizer.
