Dust Collector

When the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet pipe at the lower part of the dust collector through the deflector, the coarse dust will fall into the ash hopper due to the collision of the deflector and the reduction of the gas velocity. The remaining fine dust enters the filter bag chamber together with the gas. Due to the effects of inertia, diffusion, interception, hook adhesion and static electricity of the filter fiber and filter cloth, the dust is trapped inside the filter bag, and the purified gas passes through the filter bag and is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The dust accumulated on the filter bag can be removed by gas backwashing. The removed dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged to the ash conveying device through the double-layer ash unloading valve. The dust accumulated on the filter bag can also be removed by pulse jet cleaning, so as to achieve the purpose of ash removal, and the collected dust is discharged by the ash discharge device.
