The straw organic fertilizer equipment adopts a better composting fermentation process and inoculates a high-speed fermentation agent, so that the straw cellulose is rapidly decomposed and transformed, and various pathogenic bacteria, weed seeds and roundworm eggs are killed, and the production stability is strong. A complete range of bio-organic fertilizers.

Bio-organic fertilizers produced from straw and manure contain a large number of elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium required for crop growth, as well as medium and trace elements such as sulfur, calcium, magnesium, zinc, boron, molybdenum, copper and iron, and most of them are organic fertilizers. form exists. It can not only meet the needs of crop growth, but also improve the adaptability of crops to adverse environments.

Compared with chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizers have the characteristics of no partial fertilizer, no shortage of nutrients, stable supply, and long-term effect. It can not only make the straw waste harmless, but also increase the production and efficiency through the biological organic fertilizer, so as to realize the unification of ecological and economic benefits. Under normal circumstances, the application of this fertilizer can increase crop yield by 5 to 20%. Due to the high utilization rate of organic fertilizers, nitrogen can reach 70-80%, and phosphorus can reach 80-90%. Therefore, compared with chemical fertilizers, under the condition of ensuring the same output, the amount of fertilizer application can be reduced by 30% to 40%, that is, the input is reduced by 20 to 50 yuan/mu.

Process points of straw organic fertilizer:

1. Straw treatment First, the straw should be crushed to a certain fineness, and then an appropriate amount of poultry manure or sludge must be added to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio and moisture of the compost material, or bacteria and enzymes must be added.

2. Fermentation is divided into two stages: one is pre-fermentation, which can be carried out in the open air or in a fermentation device, supply oxygen to the accumulation layer or fermentation device through forced ventilation, and add livestock and poultry manure with straw as the main body, aerobic The main fermentation period of compost is about 3 to 10 days. The second is post-fermentation. The semi-finished products after the main fermentation are sent to the post-fermentation process, and the easily decomposable organic matter and the more difficult to decompose organic matter that have not been decomposed in the main fermentation process are further decomposed to turn them into stable organic substances such as humic acid and amino acid. For fully decomposed organic fertilizer products, the post-fermentation time is usually more than 20 to 30 days.

3. Post-treatment It can be further dried and pulverized according to needs, and then processed into organic-inorganic compound fertilizer specially for crops.

4. Storage Compost is generally used in spring and autumn, and must be stored in summer and winter. The storage method can be directly stacked in the fermentation tank or bagged, requiring dry and breathable.
