Technical characteristics

The rapid development of livestock and poultry breeding industry has produced a large amount of manure and sewage. These dirts are too high in harmful elements to be treated by traditional return methods.

In response to this situation, our company has developed an organic fertilizer production line with high-efficiency solid-liquid rot aseptic deodorization technology as the core. The entire production equipment process includes: efficient fermentation, raw material mixing, particle processing, drying, and packaging.

The advantages and characteristics of this organic fertilizer production line:

The organic fertilizer production line products use fresh chicken manure and pig manure as raw materials, without any chemical components. Chickens and pigs have poor digestive ability and can only consume 25% of the nutrients. Another 75% of the feed is excreted with the feces. The dry products contain nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, protein and other components. In livestock urine, manure, pig manure, combined with litter, 2000-2500kg of high-quality organic fertilizer can be composted. It contains 11% organic matter, 12% organic matter, 0.45% nitrogen, 0.19% phosphorus oxide, and 0.6% potassium oxide, which can be fertilized for one year. These organic fertilizers are rich in nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, which can not only meet the needs of local chemical fertilizers, but also meet the needs of surrounding markets.

Performance Parameter

The organic fertilizer production line is composed of a mixer, a tooth stirring granulator, a dryer, a cooler, a trommel screening machine, and an automatic packaging machine.
