The fermentation and throwing process on the organic fertilizer production line has the following points:
1. The main material is livestock and poultry manure, and the ingredients (straw, waste tobacco leaves, mango planting and processing waste, etc.) are crushed, and some nitrogen, phosphate rock powder, etc. can be appropriately added. Adjust the nutrients, carbon-nitrogen ratio, carbon-phosphorus ratio, pH value, etc. of the material. After treatment, the moisture content of the raw material is 60%-65%, and the C/N ratio is 20-30. If the production of bio-organic fertilizer needs to add beneficial bacteria and functional bacteria, it is generally necessary to add when the temperature of the material is less than 40 degrees after the fermentation high temperature period. The equipment’s ingredient stirring function, fermentation stirring function, and stirring and drying function simplify the production process. This process is designed as an integrated workshop for mixing ingredients, fermentation, aging (decomposed) and drying, reducing the multiple handling of materials.
2. Fermentation of organic fertilizer raw materials adopts aerobic fermentation process, using paddle type turning machine, paddle (rotary tooth type, can be reversed) to cut and turn the material, and the material in the tank can be moved backward during turning, and each Turn over and move backward about 2.2 meters, this equipment can be suitable for continuous fermentation process (that is, one end feeds and the other end discharges), and it can also be applied to batch fermentation process (that is, the whole tank is fed and fermented and then the whole tank is discharged) ;The turning and throwing machine has a stirring function and can be used as a mixer. When batching, the layered materials can be stirred evenly and then enter the fermentation zone (or fermentation period), which can greatly save the investment of raw material pre-mixing equipment and material handling, transportation and pre-mixing. 3. According to the processing capacity, 266.67 tons of pig manure (water content is 65%) can be processed in one day, and the daily volume is about 300 cubic meters. The design of this scheme is 6 meters wide, 1.35 meters deep, and 70 meters long. There are 7 fermentation tanks. The turning machine works in double shifts every day, and is equipped with about 2 turning machines and 1 moving machine. In this scheme, the raw materials are spread to each tank by a forklift, and various materials are required to be spread evenly in layers; when discharging, a forklift is used to discharge the material at the other end of the fermentation tank, and the fermented organic fertilizer is transported to the turnover workshop or processing. workshop.
4. Generally, when the fermentation tank is fermented alone, the fermentation tank can be divided into several functional sections: the ingredient stirring section (about 5 meters), the fermentation heating section (about 5 meters), the high temperature section (about 15 meters), and the cooling section (about 15 meters). ), add functional bacteria stirring section (about 15 meters), and the rest are aging and drying discharge sections. In the drying area, the turning and throwing machine can be stirred and turned for many times to facilitate water removal. When stirring, fermenting and drying, the forward and reverse functions of the mixer should be fully utilized to control the fermentation and drying cycle of the materials in the tank.
