Technical characteristics

The dual-shaft mixer uses the synchronous rotation of two symmetrical screw shafts to add water and stir while conveying dry ash and other powdery materials to evenly humidify the dry ash powdery materials, so that the humidified materials will not emit dry ash and will not seep out The purpose of water droplets is to facilitate the transportation of humidified ash in trucks or into other conveying equipment.

Working principle of double shaft mixer:

The drum of the double-shaft mixer is equipped with rotating and reversed paddles. The shaft is driven to rotate by the motor through the belt drive to the reducer. The speed of the shaft and the structure of the blade will weaken the gravity of the material. With the lack of gravity, the difference in particle size and specific gravity of each material is ignored in the mixing process. Continuously in and out material is faster and more efficient. Even if the material has differences in specific gravity and particle size, it can achieve a good mixing effect under the rapid and violent tossing and throwing of the staggered stirring blades.

The composition of the double shaft mixer:

The double-shaft mixer is mainly composed of the following parts: 1. Main motor and cycloidal pinwheel reducer (transmission machinery); 2. Pair meshing transmission gears; 3. Front and rear thrust bearing assemblies; 4. Active and passive screw shafts; 5. tank body; 6. humidifier; 7. inlet and outlet; 8. base frame.
