Technical characteristics

The working principle of compound fertilizer production line:

Raw materials: urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, coarse white powder, ca), potassium chloride, potassium sulfate and other raw materials in proportion (depending on market demand) ) and the surrounding soil for the test results).

Mixing of raw materials: The mixture of ingredients should be mixed evenly to improve the uniform fertilizer effect of the granules.

Raw material granulation: the mixed raw materials are sent to the granulator (both drum granulator and extrusion granulator).

Granulation drying: Put the granulation into the dryer to dry the moisture in the granules, so that the granulation strength is increased and it is easier to store.

Granulation cooling: After drying, the granulation temperature is too high, and the granulation is easy to agglomerate. After cooling, it can be easily bagged for storage and transportation.

Particle classification: classify the cooled particles: the unqualified particles are pulverized and re-granulated, and the qualified products are screened out.

Finished film: Coating qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of the particles.

Finished Packaging: Store the film-wrapped granules in a ventilated place.
