The drum type BB fertilizer mixer is an efficient mixing equipment specially used in the production of bulk blending (BB) fertilizers. It realizes the uniform mixing of various granular basic fertilizers (such as urea, phosphate fertilizer, potassium fertilizer and medium-trace element fertilizers) through a horizontally rotating drum. The equipment mainly consists of a cylindrical drum, transmission device, feed inlet, discharge outlet and control system. It utilizes the rotation of the drum to make materials roll and convect in the cylinder, achieving the effect of rapid and uniform mixing. It is suitable for small and medium-sized fertilizer processing plants and agricultural cooperatives. It can flexibly adjust formulas according to soil test results to produce targeted bulk blending fertilizers, widely used in large-scale planting of field crops and cash crops, meeting the needs of precision fertilization.

Product Advantage
High mixing uniformity: The drum rotates at a low speed (10-15r/min) with the design of internal guide plates, enabling materials to roll without dead angles. The mixing uniformity CV value is ≤5%, avoiding fertilizer stratification.
Low particle damage: Adopting the principle of flexible mixing, it exerts weak extrusion and collision force on fertilizer particles, with a particle breakage rate ≤2%, ensuring the coating integrity of slow-release fertilizers.
Flexible capacity adaptation: The processing capacity of a single equipment can be adjusted within the range of 0.5-5t/h, supporting single-batch or continuous production to meet the needs of enterprises of different scales.
Low energy consumption and cost: Compared with ribbon mixers, the unit energy consumption is reduced by more than 30%, and the equipment has a simple structure with low later maintenance costs.
Convenient formula switching: The inner wall of the drum is smooth without residue, and the cleaning time when switching formulas is ≤10 minutes, reducing cross-contamination between different formulas.
