The working principle of the disc granulator:

The motor is output through the reducer through the belt, and the gear drives the granulation disc, thereby driving the fertilizer raw material to rotate. Under the action of gravity and centrifugal force generated during the rotation process, the small particles are rolled to the lower side of the disc and the continuously adhered powder gradually increases in size. At the same time, under the action of the friction force of the disc body of the disc granulator, the particles roll upward with the disc. When reaching the position of the scraper, the ungranulated fertilizer raw materials pass through the gap between the scraper and the bottom of the disc, and the Most of the particles are re-adhered during the rolling process of sliding down the scraper plate to the edge of the disc. After many cycles, the particles increase from small to large to reach the strength of the finished product, and overflow from the edge of the disc.
