The Groove Type Compost Turner is one of the main supporting equipments in the fertilizer machinery unit, suitable for trench-type fermentation. It is an ideal equipment for industrialized harmless treatment of livestock and poultry breeding waste, urban garbage, and urban sewage sludge.
This machine is designed with the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption, high degree of automation, stable operation, durability, and uniform turning. It is used for fermenting and turning organic wastes such as livestock and poultry manure, sludge, sugar factory filter mud, distiller's grains, cakes, straw, and sawdust. It is applied in the fermentation maturity and moisture removal operations in organic fertilizer factories, compound fertilizer factories, sludge plants, horticultural farms, and button mushroom planting factories, etc.
It is suitable for aerobic fermentation and can be used in conjunction with solar fermentation chambers, fermentation troughs, and moving machines. When used with a moving machine, it can realize the function of one machine for multiple troughs. The supporting fermentation trough can discharge continuously or in batches, with high efficiency, stable operation, and uniform turning.
The control cabinet adopts centralized control, which can realize manual or automatic control functions. The shifting shovel is strong and durable, with the functions of crushing and mixing materials. The limit travel switch plays a role in protection and limit.

The working width of a single water tank is 4 meters, with high overall working efficiency. The output of a single machine is 200 cubic meters per hour.

Our entire set of groove wheel turning devices is controlled by a control cabinet with mature and advanced technology. Through PLC digital program input, manual or intelligent automatic control can be realized. It is equipped with a soft starter, resulting in small impact load during startup. It has the hydraulic lifting function for tooth top lifting. It is sturdy and durable, suitable for material turning, cutting and mixing. The travel switch can play the role of safety and positioning limit.
