The automatic batching system is mainly composed of a feeding system, a weighing device, a silo, and a conveyor belt. And the static batching system has both the speed of dynamic batching and the accuracy of ordinary static batching (0.2%). PLZ automatic batching machine is mainly suitable for mixing, batching and feeding of 3-8 kinds of materials. The machine adopts computer scale for automatic control, and uses pneumatic door to control the quantitative feeding of the main silo.
