Shunzhi Machinery Welcomes Spanish Client: On-site Visit for Fertilizer Mixer Procurement

Recently, a delegation from a well-known Spanish agricultural cooperative (specializing in compound and organic fertilizer production) visited Shunzhi Machinery’s factory in China, inspecting the R&D, production and quality control of horizontal mixers. After on-site tests and negotiations, the customer expressed strong cooperation intentions and plans to order Shunzhi’s customized horizontal mixer, marking a new milestone in Shunzhi’s EU fertilizer machinery market layout and demonstrating recognition of Chinese-made horizontal mixing equipment.

The Spanish delegation, including technical directors and procurement managers, focused on their core needs: high mixing uniformity, EU compliance and seamless integration with existing lines. Guided by Shunzhi’s team, they visited the production workshop, R&D center and testing area, watching horizontal mixers production, inspecting key components and witnessing on-site operation, with special attention to EU (UE) 167/2013 compliance and multi-component raw material mixing performance.

Shunzhi’s horizontal mixer performed excellently in on-site tests: its double-axis paddle structure achieved ≥99.6% mixing uniformity, avoiding nutrient segregation and meeting the customer’s customized compound fertilizer needs. Its corrosion-resistant design, intelligent PLC control and low-noise operation impressed the delegation, which noted the equipment solves their pain points of low efficiency and uneven blending.

During negotiations, both parties discussed horizontal mixer customization (capacity, formula storage, after-sales). Shunzhi introduced its EU customer customization experience, complete certification (CE, batch consistency) and after-sales support, helping the customer complete customs clearance and registration. The customer highly recognized Shunzhi’s strength and plans to order the customized horizontal mixer, with intentions to cooperate on fertilizer crusher and fertilizer dryer later.
