A client with a commercial cattle farm of at least 10,000 cows planned to build an organic granulation plant to process cow dung into organic fertilizer granules for sale. Based on the annual output of cow dung and factory layout, an 8t/h rotary drum granulation line was designed, including screening machines, horizontal mixers, chain crushers and other equipment. The rotary drum granulator was selected for its strong working capacity and suitability for large-scale production.

The first local organic fertilizer production project adopts advanced intelligent integrated equipment, using bio-engineering bacteria to conduct aerobic fermentation of livestock and poultry manure and straw, achieving harmless treatment and degradation of organic matter.

A 20,000 t/year organic fertilizer production line was put into use, and the client purchased the same equipment again for expanded production.

This project uses pure chicken manure as raw material, with initial moisture content of 60%-65%. After fermentation in a fermenter to reduce moisture to 30%, granulation is carried out. A special fertilizer granulator is used, producing granular fertilizers with good color, excellent hardness and uniform length.

Operated by an ecological agriculture enterprise, the production line can process powdered organic fertilizers and organic fertilizer granules, converting agricultural waste into organic fertilizer products to meet market demand and promote sustainable agricultural development.

Built using agricultural waste, it has an annual output of 100,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer, covering an area of 17,333.4 square meters with a construction area of 6,740 square meters. Relying on existing land and houses, the plant was completed efficiently by only constructing fermenters and installing/commissioning equipment.

Using pig manure and straw as raw materials to process powdered organic fertilizer, it converts raw materials into nutrient-rich organic fertilizer through production line processes, providing high-quality fertilizers for local agriculture, improving soil environment and promoting crop growth.

Invested and built by an agricultural technology company, it produces 20,000 tons of organic fertilizer annually using livestock and poultry breeding manure and sewage in the operated farm, realizing resource utilization of waste and providing organic fertilizers for agricultural production.
