A client operating a large agricultural materials enterprise planned to build an efficient compound fertilizer production line to meet the local agricultural demand for compound fertilizers. Based on market demand and site conditions, a 10t/h compound fertilizer production line was designed, equipped with raw material batching machines, mixers, granulators, dryers, coolers and other equipment.

The newly built compound fertilizer production project in the local area adopts intelligent production equipment, using basic fertilizers such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as raw materials to produce high-quality compound fertilizers through processes such as precise batching, full mixing and efficient granulation. The production line can adjust formulas according to the needs of different crops, providing various specifications of compound fertilizer products for the surrounding areas.

8t/h Compound Fertilizer Production Line was officially put into production, and the client made additional investment to build the production line to expand market share.

​This project focuses on the production of special compound fertilizers for cash crops, using a mixture of organic raw materials such as humic acid and amino acids with inorganic fertilizers as raw materials. The production line is equipped with special mixing equipment and granulation devices. The produced special compound fertilizers are highly targeted, which can meet the specific nutritional needs of crops such as fruit trees and vegetables, and improve crop quality and yield.

The fertilizer grinding machine is incredibly efficient at reducing raw materials to the perfect particle size. It’s robust enough to handle tough materials like bone meal and phosphate rock, and the output is always consistent. Cleaning is a breeze, which saves us time between production runs.

A large-scale compound fertilizer production project built in a modern factory building has an annual output of 150,000 tons of compound fertilizers, covering an area of 20,000 square meters with a construction area of 8,000 square meters.
